Cancellation Policy.

We understand that life happens, and you may need to adjust your appointment. To respect the time of both our clients and staff, please note the following:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

• If you have purchased a package and miss an appointment without proper notice, you will forfeit that session.
